About Us
Built on Trust. Rooted in Cowlitz County.
We're not a big national chain. We're your neighbors — and we take that seriously.
Our Story
A Roofing Company That Actually Cares
Cowlitz Exteriors was founded right here in Cowlitz County by a crew of roofers who were tired of watching out-of-town contractors do shoddy work and disappear. We believed homeowners in our community deserved better — honest pricing, quality materials, and a company that would still be around if something went wrong.
We started small, doing repairs and replacements for friends and neighbors. Word spread. Today we handle everything from roof repairs and replacements to gutters, siding, windows, decks, and exterior painting — but we've never lost the small-company mindset that got us here.
Every job we take on, we ask ourselves: would we be proud to drive past this house in five years? That question keeps us honest.
Our Values
What We Stand For
Honesty First
We tell you what your roof actually needs — not what makes us the most money. If a repair will do the job, we'll say so.
Quality Materials
We use products built to handle Pacific Northwest weather — heavy rain, wind, moss, and everything else this region throws at a roof.
Community Commitment
We live here. We shop here. We send our kids to school here. Taking care of this community isn't a marketing line — it's personal.
Stand Behind Our Work
Every job comes with a workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right. No runaround.
Service Area
Where We Work
We serve homeowners throughout Cowlitz County and the surrounding region. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just give us a call — we're happy to let you know.
